Jos was born in Kingston, Jamaica, and immigrated with his parents to the United States in the late 1980s in search of greater opportunity. Growing up with a foundation built on discipline, faith, and resilience, he learned early the value of education and the belief that hard work, paired with purpose, could change the trajectory of a life. Those lessons shaped both his character and his calling to serve others. Driven by this foundation, Jos pursued higher education beginning with a Bachelor’s degree in Finance, followed by a Master of Business Administration, and later the Certified Financial Planner™ and Certified Wealth Strategist® designations. Each step deepened his commitment to helping individuals and families make confident, informed financial decisions.
During his 18 years within wealth management, Jos has had the privilege of guiding countless clients through pivotal financial moments—helping them navigate uncertainty, clarify their goals, and build plans that supported the futures they envisioned. These experiences ultimately inspired him to build something of his own: Grove Wealth Solutions, a firm dedicated to delivering holistic, tax-intelligent planning with the same integrity, care, and purpose that shaped his own journey.
Jos lives in the suburbs of Atlanta with his family of four, where most of his time outside the office is spent making memories with those he loves. He enjoys family outings, exploring the city, and engaging in Bible study—often with the help of ChatGPT to deepen his understanding and reflection.
